CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Tots: This class is for all children ages 2 - 3 years. They do not need to be potty trained. Tots focuses on balance, coordination, listening skills, and socialization. Proper progressions will set your child up for advanced gross and fine motor skills. Parents are present during this class. This is a 45 min Class.
Rec 1: This class is for all children ages 3-6 years old. Rec 1 focuses on basic gymnastics movements and shapes. Proper progressions and techniques will help children be successful in all sports and activities. This is a 45 min Class. They NEED to be fully potty trained.
Rec 2: This class is for all children ages 5+. Rec 2 focuses on beginner gymnastics skills, technique, strength, and flexibility. Proper progressions will set you child up for success in all athletic activities.
Rec 3: This class is for kids ready to take their gymnastics to the next level. Gymnasts enrolled in this class must have completed Rec 2. Rec 3 focuses on refining skills previously mastered in Rec 2, and learning progressions for further skill development.
Rec 4: This class is for kids that have previously mastered Rec 3. Rec 4 focuses on adding difficulty, skill variety, and advanced strength and flexibility. Proper progressions will set gymnasts up for success in working towards competitive gymnastics.
Level 1: This class is for kids who are working towards competitive gymnastics. Gymnasts enrolled in Level 1 must have previously mastered Rec 4. Level 1 focuses on refining technique in preparation for competitive level skills. Conditioning and flexibility are a primary focus throughout this class. Class time increases to develop proper progressions and stamina.
Level 2: This class is for kids who have showed expertise in Level 1. Level 2 prepares gymnasts for moving into the competitive program. Upon successful completion of this class, gymnasts will either move into Hot shots or an advanced recreational class.
Hot Shots: This class is for kids who have successfully completed Level 2 and are interested in joining competitive gymnasts. Hotshots focuses on skill development for Bronze Team. Proper technique, flexibility, and strength is required to progress to the next level. Upon successful completion of Pre-Team, gymnasts will have the opportunity to try out for Team or can continue their skills in this class and not have to compete.
Baby & Me: Come and let your child interact and play with you and other children in a fun, baby safe environment. Children ages birth to kindergarten are welcome.
* All gymnasts are required to wear a leo with shorts or leggings.
***Gymnasts who are entering with previous gymnastics experience will be tested by a staff member to be placed into the class that is appropriate for their skill level. Please schedule by email at [email protected] or calling (970) 629-2692.***
NinjaZone: The NinjaZone program combines the coordination from gymnastics, the strength and agility from obstacle training, and the creativity from freestyle movement. A child’s progression is determined by their own pace, handing them the tools to shape their own experience. By letting children advance individually, within a defined and collaborative program, children of all ages and genders receive more than athletic gifts. They’re strong, confident kids. NinjaZone classes are for children 3 to 13 years.

If your child is already enrolled at Rising Star, follow these steps:
- Go to https://app.iclasspro.com/parentportal/risingstar2013/login/relogin
- Under Login/Enroll type in your email address that we have on file
- Then click forgot password
(If your child is already enrolled at Rising Star Gymnastics, DO NOT create a new account online or you will make a duplicate account in our system, just click forgot password.)
- It will then take you through to create a new password and from there you can update personal information, make payments, and review class enrollments.
**Accounts are per families, you do not need to create new accounts per child.

Rising Star's Policies:
- There is a one time, per family enrollment fee of $40 for all new families.
- All gymnasts are required to wear a leo, and ninjas are required to wear their ninja t-shirts. These are their uniforms for each class and must be worn throughout the entire class. We have all required leo's and t-shirts available at the front desk for purchase.
- Monthly tuition payments are due on the 10th of each month, Session tuition payments are due the first week of each Session.
- There will be a $10 late fee applied to your account if tuitions are not paid by the due dates.
- Holiday gym closures are already factored into your Session and Monthly tuitions.
- Session enrollments automatically roll over to the next one. To unenroll you must let us know at least a week prior to the start of the new Session or Month.
- We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or combine classes when we see the need to, and refuse service to anyone.
- We do not offer refunds for missed classes. As soon as you know your child will miss a class please let us know.
