Welcome to Rising Star Youth Training Center, LLC. We are committed to providing high quality training in a safe, positive and nurturing environment. To challenge each athlete within his/her abilities, while learning valuable life skills such as determination, dedication, discipline and self confidence.

Rising Star's Policies:
- There is a one time, per family enrollment fee of $40 for all new families.
- All gymnasts are required to wear a leo, cheerleaders are required to wear their cheer t-shirts, and ninjas are required to wear their ninja t-shirts. These are their uniforms for each class and must be worn throughout the entire class. We have all required leo's and t-shirts available at the front desk for purchase.
- Monthly tuition payments are due on the 10th of each month, Session tuition payments are due the first week of each Session.
- There will be a $10 late fee applied to your account if tuitions are not paid by the due dates.
- Holiday gym closures are already factored into your Session and Monthly tuitions.
- Session enrollments automatically roll over to the next one. To unenroll you must let us know at least a week prior to the start of the new Session or Month.
- We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or combine classes when we see the need to, and refuse service to anyone.
- We do not offer refunds for missed classes. As soon as you know your child will miss a class please let us know.

We hope everyone is well! We just had a few announcements we wanted to send out:
- When you have a second, please visit our Parent Portal: https://app.iclasspro.com/parentportal/risingstar2013/login/relogin and make sure all of your information is updated, to include current up-to-date waivers and consent forms.
How to access your Parent Portal account:
If your child is already enrolled at Rising Star, follow these steps:
- Go to https://app.iclasspro.com/parentportal/risingstar2013/login/relogin
- Under Login/Enroll type in your email address that we have on file
- Then click forgot password
(If your child is already enrolled at Rising Star , DO NOT create a new account online or you will make a duplicate account in our system, just click forgot password.)
- It will then take you through to create a new password and from there you can update personal information, make payments, and review class enrollments.
**Accounts are per families, you do not need to create new accounts per child.
- Please check your email for an attached statement and let us know if you have any questions.
- We will be closed during Spring Break to all Session #4 classes (ONLY Xcel Team and Ninja Team will still have practice). this is already factored into your tuitions.

We do birthday parties!!
Schedule a birthday party with us on a Saturday and it's just $200 (or $175 if you pay cash) for 2 hours! A non refundable deposit of half - $100 is due at the time of booking to reserve party date and time.
What we will provide:
-Tables & chairs
-Music, games, and obstacle course
-Staff to assist with your entire party
-Set up of table and chairs and all clean up

Dear Rising Star Families:
Welcome to our Gymnastics and Ninja programs here at Rising Star! We are so excited to have your children attend our classes!! We are committed to providing high quality training in a safe, positive and nurturing environment, and to challenge each athlete within his/her abilities.
We are currently not requiring masks, however, if you prefer your child to wear one they absolutely can, but it may restrict them from performing certain skills. We trust you to not bring your children if they are not well. Parents are welcome to come into the building if they have any questions or need to make payments.
Gymnasts need to wear a leo (we do sell leos in our shop) with either tight fitting shorts, capris, or leggings, and no shoes. Ninja’s wear their Ninja t-shirts (which are also sold in our shop), and gym shorts or sweatpants, no shoes. Hair needs to be up and out of the way for everyone, no jewelry, and no food or drinks (other than water) will be allowed. Please make sure your child is on time for their class, as at the beginning of each class they start with warm ups and stretches which is extremely important for their safety.
